Lyft’s Manifold division seeks an experienced Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap, remotely within the United States. Translate strategy into actionable production plans, manage budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.

Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, and Operations teams to align expectations, drive momentum, and deliver high-quality experiences on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, or brand activations managing full lifecycles.
• Strong organization and multitasking with event logistics and vendor networks.
• Experience building and managing production schedules and budgets (estimates, POs, invoices, reconciliation).
• Strong written/verbal communicator; capable of independent decisions and escalation when needed.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable under pressure, solutions-focused.
• Willing and able to travel and work extended hours for onsite execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or PMP certification/equivalent training.
• Hands-on experience with AV, lighting, staging, scenic design, video streaming, and technical event technologies.
• Proven experience as a Stage Manager or Show Caller.
• Established relationships with production vendors, fabricators, and freelancers.

Responsabilités

• Lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate strategy into production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and drive momentum.
• Proactively manage details, anticipate next steps, and know when to elevate issues.
• Own end-to-end production workflows and maintain key documentation (run-of-shows, staffing plans, logistics).
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-production, onsite, and wrap, communicating status and risks.
• Build, monitor, and reconcile budgets, manage POs and vendor estimates, and make daily cost decisions.
• Oversee relationships with venues, fabricators, and technical vendors to ensure quality and timelines.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and provide actionable options.
