Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks a Producer to independently lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. You will translate strategic and creative direction into actionable production plans, managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and onsite delivery.

You will collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, and Operations teams to align expectations, drive momentum, and solve operational challenges while maintaining comprehensive production workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events with end-to-end program ownership.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and vendor network skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to decide independently.
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt under pressure; travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate direction into production plans covering budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, and Operations teams.
• Proactively manage details and decision-making processes.
• Own end-to-end production workflows and run-of-shows documentation.
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-prod, onsite, and wrap.
• Build and reconcile budgets, manage POs and vendor estimates.
• Oversee venues, fabricators, and technical vendors to meet timelines.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and provide options.
