Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks a Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. You will translate strategy into actionable production plans, manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and onsite delivery, and collaborate across Account, Creative, and Operations to maintain momentum.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events, strong organizational skills, and hands-on AV/lighting knowledge.

Formación

• 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, or brand activations managing full lifecycles
• Strong organization and multitasking with event logistics and vendor networks
• Skilled in building production schedules and full budgets (estimates, POs, invoices, reconciliation)
• Clear written/verbal communication and independent decision-making when needed
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Willing and able to travel for onsite event execution

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer at Manifold.
• Translate strategic direction into production plans across budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations.
• Manage details, anticipate next steps, and decide when to elevate issues.
• Own end-to-end production workflows and maintain key documentation.
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-production, onsite, and wrap.
• Build and reconcile program budgets and manage POs and estimates.
• Oversee venues, fabricators, and vendors to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and offer practical options.
