Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking an experienced Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. You will translate creative direction into production plans, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to travel for onsite events, with a fully remote arrangement within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications (or related field) and/or PMP certification/equivalent training.
• Hands-on experience with AV, lighting, staging, scenic design, video streaming, and technical event technologies.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer at Manifold.
• Translate strategic and creative direction into actionable production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and drive momentum.
• Proactively manage details, anticipate next steps, and know when to escalate.
