Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks a Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. You will translate strategy into actionable production plans, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee vendor relationships to deliver high-quality experiences.

The role requires 4+ years in experiential marketing or events, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel for onsite execution. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, or creative agency environments managing full program lifecycles.
• Strong organization and multitasking with event logistics and vendor networks.
• Skilled in building and managing production schedules and full project budgets (estimates, POs, invoices, reconciliation).
• Strong written/verbal communicator; able to make independent decisions and know when to elevate.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable under pressure, solutions-focused.
• Willing to travel and work extended, non-traditional hours for onsite execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications (or related field) and/or PMP certification/equivalent training.
• Hands-on experience with AV, lighting, staging, scenic design, video streaming, and technical event technologies.
• Proven experience as a Stage Manager or Show Caller.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate strategic and creative direction into actionable production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and drive project momentum.
• Proactively manage details, anticipate next steps, solve operational challenges, and know when to elevate.
• Own end-to-end production workflows, maintain documentation (run-of-shows, staffing plans, logistics), support post-program debriefs.
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-production, onsite execution, and wrap; communicate status and risks.
• Build, monitor, and reconcile program budgets, manage POs and vendor estimates, make daily cost decisions within scope.
• Oversee relationships with venues, fabricators, technical vendors to ensure quality and timelines.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and offer practical, actionable options.
