Job summary

Manifold, a Division of Lyft, is seeking a Producer to lead experiential programs remotely across the United States. You will translate creative direction into actionable production plans, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with account, creative, and operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel for onsite execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications (or related field) preferred.
• PMP certification/equivalent training preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills with event logistics experience.
• Proven ability to manage full program lifecycles from kickoff to wrap.
• Hands-on experience with AV, lighting, staging, and video streaming.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate strategic and creative direction into actionable production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and drive project momentum.
• Proactively manage details, anticipate next steps, solve operational challenges, and know when to escalate.
• Own end-to-end production workflows, maintain documentation, and contribute to post-program debriefs.
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-production, onsite execution, and wrap.
• Build, monitor, and reconcile program budgets, manage POs and vendor estimates.
• Oversee relationships with venues, fabricators, and vendors to ensure quality and timelines.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and offer practical options.
