Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks an experienced Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. Translate strategic direction into actionable production plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with account, creative, and operations teams to ensure flawless onsite delivery.

You will own end-to-end workflows, maintain essential documentation, and develop schedules across pre-production, onsite, and wrap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, or similar environments managing full program lifecycles.
• Strong organization and multitasking with event logistics and vendor networks.
• Experience building and managing production schedules and full project budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with independent decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, adaptable under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Willing and able to travel and work extended hours for onsite execution.
• Preferred: PMP or related training; AV, lighting, staging, video streaming knowledge; proven Stage Manager/Show Caller experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate strategy into production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations.
• Proactively manage details, anticipate next steps, and know when to elevate.
• Own end-to-end production workflows, maintain key documentation (run-of-shows, staffing, logistics).
• Develop and track comprehensive production schedules across pre-production, onsite, and wrap.
• Build, monitor, and reconcile program budgets, manage POs and vendor estimates.
• Oversee daily relationships with venues, fabricators, and technical vendors.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and offer practical options.
