Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen enterprise data governance and scale responsible AI governance.

You will develop governance frameworks, policies, and operating models, partnering across business, technology, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams to translate governance requirements into practical roadmaps and system changes. You will lead governance councils, drive adoption of standards, and define KPIs for governance maturity and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, business, data management, analytics or related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6 years
• Proficient in ERP/master data metadata and governance tools
• Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives and delivering roadmaps
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, stewardship, and AI governance
• Familiarity with international business environments and compliance controls

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, roles and accountability models
• Define and implement governance policies, standards and procedures
• Facilitate governance councils and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption
• Manage governance roadmap, priorities, milestones and risks
• Embed governance requirements into platforms, workflows, metadata and reporting
• Coordinate with data stewards, product teams and technology partners to improve data quality and sharing
• Define and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and AI effectiveness
• Identify gaps and drive remediation across data and AI governance
