Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen governance across the organization and scale responsible AI governance.

You will partner with business, technology, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams to translate governance requirements into actionable roadmaps and system changes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Management, Analytics or related field with 8+ years in data management, governance, or AI governance.
• Experience with ERP/master data/metadata/workflow platforms; SAP acumen preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives and managing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, including decision rights and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data and AI governance.
• Facilitate governance councils and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption of standards.
• Manage data governance roadmap with priorities, milestones, and risks.
• Oversee governance-related system changes, processes, and role assignments.
• Embed governance requirements into platforms, workflows, and reporting.
• Define, publish, and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and data quality.
• Assess governance maturity, identify gaps, and track remediation.
• Act as subject matter expert for governance concepts, metadata, and AI oversight.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and product teams to improve metadata management and data sharing.
