Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen enterprise data governance and scale responsible AI governance across the organization.

You will define governance frameworks, policies, and operating models, and partner with business, technology, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams to translate requirements into roadmaps and system changes. The role involves embedding governance into platforms, workflows, and reporting, with KPI monitoring for governance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with relevant governance experience or Master's with related field.
• Experience defining governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and operating models.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives and manage intake, prioritization and delivery.

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, roles, escalation paths and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data governance and responsible AI governance.
• Facilitate governance councils, working groups, and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption.
