Zusammenfassung

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen enterprise governance and scale responsible AI across the organization. You will define frameworks, policies, and operating processes, partnering with business, technology, legal, privacy, security, and risk teams.

You will drive governance roadmaps, KPI definitions, and alignment across platforms and workflows, ensuring trusted data and accountable AI use while advancing governance maturity globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience in data management or AI governance, or a Master's with 6 years.
• 2+ years using ERP, master data, metadata, workflow, governance, or enterprise technology platform; SAP master data acumen preferred.
• Experience with data governance, AI governance, process improvement, and change management methods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional governance initiatives and manage intake, prioritization, and delivery with limited supervision.
• Experience managing roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and translating governance requirements into system and process changes.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, roles, escalation paths, and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies and standards for data governance and responsible AI.
• Facilitate governance councils, working groups, and stakeholder forums for alignment and adoption of standards.
• Manage the governance roadmap, including priorities, milestones, risks, and reporting.
• Oversee governance-related system changes, process updates, and adoption activities.
• Embed governance requirements into platforms, workflows, approvals, and metadata controls.
• Define, publish, and monitor KPIs for governance maturity and AI effectiveness.
• Assess governance maturity, identify gaps, and track remediation.
• Act as SME for governance concepts, metadata, stewardship, and AI oversight.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and product teams to improve metadata and data sharing.
