Progressive Leasing is seeking a Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack (Remote) to guide architecture and delivery of mobile and web platforms. You will mentor a distributed team, define standards, and drive AI-first initiatives across iOS, Android, and web surfaces.

You bring 10+ years in software, with 5+ in mobile/full-stack, and a track record shipping apps to App Store/Google Play. This remote role supports collaboration across continents and time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in mobile and full-stack.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and building AI-powered features.
• Deep expertise in React Native, React JS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Proven track record shipping production apps to App Store and Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, quality, and delivery of the React Native mobile app and React JS web interfaces across platforms.
• Define coding standards and drive AI-first engineering mindset across teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from feature scoping to release and monitoring.
• Mentor distributed engineers and collaborate with Product/Design/QA/Backend teams.
• Drive CI/CD improvements and release processes for mobile and web.
• Ensure performance, security, and accessibility from day one.
• Support hiring and set expectations for contractors and full-time staff.
