Progressive Leasing is a leading FinTech company offering lease‑to‑own solutions. We seek a Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full‑Stack (Remote) to own architecture across React Native and React JS, guiding an AI‑first engineering approach.

You will lead a distributed team, define standards, and own end‑to‑end delivery including app store releases. The role requires 10+ years in software, strong mobile/full-stack expertise, and ability to collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Backend in an Agile

Qualifications

• 10+ years software development experience, incl. mobile (React Native) and full-stack.
• Deep expertise in React Native, React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of React Native mobile and React JS web surfaces.
• Define coding standards and drive AI-first engineering mindset.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to App Store / Play Store release.
• Mentor a distributed engineering team across Americas and India.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/QA/Backend in Agile environment.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes for both platforms.
