The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of editorial experience, and 2+ years in educational assessment, with strong communication, leadership, and project coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification/on‑the‑job training.
• Minimum of three years’ editorial experience and two years’ educational assessment experience.
• Strong end‑to‑end copyediting proficiency: spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and usage.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office 365 apps (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel).
• Understands HTML/XML basics for web publishing.

Responsibilities

• Implements grammar, spelling, usage, punctuation, syntax, and style per department, client, and industry standards.
• Ensures uniformity and consistency across assessment components and identifies errors.
• Applies client style guidelines and may create/modify guidelines.
• Leads editorial coordination and supports team training and mentoring.
