Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent certification/on‑the‑job training.
• Minimum of three years’ editorial experience and two years’ educational assessment experience.
• Strong copyediting proficiency and knowledge of major style guides.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 365 apps (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel).
• Understanding of HTML/XML for web publishing.

Responsibilities

• Implements grammar, spelling, usage, punctuation, style per department, client, and industry standards.
• Ensures uniformity and consistency across assessment components with minimal errors.
• Follows client style guidelines and flags deviations; may modify guidelines for best outcomes.
• Leads editorial projects when assigned and coordinates with Content, Program Teams, and other departments.
• Mentors colleagues and develops training materials to improve editorial quality.
