Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is hiring a Lead Catcher to support NY and New England remotely from Danbury, CT. You will manage inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to maximize appointment opportunities, while validating consultations and coordinating with regional sales staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or lead management, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, and Salesforce or similar systems. This role offers full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, lead management, appointment setting, sales support, or a related customer-facing role preferred
• High school diploma or GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with IFS, Salesforce or similar systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification & appointment validation and scheduling
• Validate consultations scheduled through AI booking assistants, online scheduling platforms, and other automated tools
• Confirm customer interest, appointment details, and qualification requirements prior to the consultation
• Meet designated lead-to-appointment conversion and responsiveness targets
• Partner with Regional Sales Coordinators and Household Sales Representatives to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
• Assist in maintaining appointment conversion, responsiveness, and lead management performance objectives
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce, including scheduling details and dispositions
• Document all customer communications, outreach efforts, appointment outcomes, and routing actions in real time
