Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Lead Catcher to manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound outreach, and maximize appointment opportunities. You will follow established communication cadences and ensure accuracy in scheduling and follow-up.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, coordinating with regional sales teams, and maintaining customer records in Salesforce. A background in customer service and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred in business/operations.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; experience with Salesforce/IFS expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Follow outreach standards, cadences, and workflows for consistency and effectiveness.
• Own customer interactions through appointment confirmation, timely follow-up, and inquiry resolution.
• Build trust with customers through professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication.
• Demonstrate persistence and disciplined follow-up to re-engage prospects and advance sales.
• Guide customers through qualification and appointment-setting while balancing needs with business goals.
