Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Lead Catcher in the New England area or NY to join our sales support team. You will manage lead qualification, appointment validation, and scheduling, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping in our CRM.

In this role you will collaborate with Regional Sales Coordinators and Household Sales Representatives to maintain strong pipeline momentum, document all interactions, and help convert inquiries into qualified appointments that advance our sales

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or lead management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification, appointment validation and scheduling.
• Validate consultations via AI scheduling tools.
• Confirm interest and qualification; meet conversion targets.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
