Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Lead Catcher to manage inbound inquiries, perform outbound outreach, and convert leads into scheduled appointments.

You will validate consultations, support the sales team, and log all interactions in Salesforce to ensure visibility and continuity. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, MS Word/Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM tools; on-site role in OH/IN/KY.

This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, call center operations, lead management, appointment setting, or related roles.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred in Business/Operations.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Follow outreach standards, cadences, and workflows for consistency and effectiveness.
• Own customer interactions through appointment confirmation, follow-up, and inquiries resolution.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Support sales pipeline by coordinating with Regional Sales Coordinators and Household Sales Representatives.
• Document all communications and scheduling details in Salesforce for visibility.
