Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Lead Catcher in OH/IN/KY to manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound outreach, maximizing appointment opportunities. You’ll qualify leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with regional sales teams using Salesforce and other tools.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and persistence to meet lead conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Formación

• 1–3 years in customer service or related role.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce/IFS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to leads to maximize appointments.
• Follow outreach cadences and engagement workflows.
• Own customer interactions with timely follow-up and inquiry resolution.
• Document communications and scheduling in Salesforce.
