Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a driven Lead Consultant to guide IT operations for our Vault suite across enterprise customers. You will lead a team, manage agile release plans, and coordinate with customer stakeholders and third parties.

This remote, full-time role offers exposure to life sciences SaaS, with occasional travel and a path to drive adoption and optimization of Veeva Vault features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management
• Proven ability to lead implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant or IT lead
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations at customers for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions
• Function as a primary customer liaison between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties
• Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices for post-implementation success
