Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Vault Commercial solutions for life sciences clients. This remote, full-time role involves guiding complex deployments, managing stakeholders, and driving value realization.

With 8+ years in software implementation, you will coordinate across business, quality, and IT teams, while traveling up to 15% as needed. Veeva offers comprehensive benefits and works as a Work Anywhere company.

Qualifications

8+ years of software implementation experience.
Experience leading technology implementations in consultancy or enterprise settings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with content/data management platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Veeva’s Commercial solutions from initiation to go-live and improvement.
Serve as the primary liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders across business, quality, IT.
Facilitate delivery of strategic roadmaps; manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Guide customers in adopting best practices for long-term value realization and optimization.
Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, ensure on-schedule delivery within scope.
Define success metrics and report project performance and outcomes to stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships with customer teams on their digital quality journey.
