You will work in a remote, full-time role with extensive training and English communication requirements. The team spans Europe and beyond, reflecting our Work Anywhere culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in STEM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Help keep up to date with and implement new Vault features.
• Work with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements.
• Design solutions and proactively suggest additional options.
• Act as customer liaison between implementation/maintenance teams and product teams.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices.
• Drive change management for migrations from on-premise to SaaS.
