Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an implementation consultant to join our remote, full-time team. You will partner with customers from SMB to Enterprise to maximize Vault CRM capabilities and deliver life sciences solutions.

In this customer-facing role you will lead workshops, articulate complex concepts to audiences, and plan and manage application build, test, and deployment activities. Travel up to 25% is expected; visas are not sponsored.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in executive-level client engagements.
• Ability to translate complex client and vendor concepts for varied audiences.
• Strong presentation and solution-design capabilities.
• Travel up to 25% for implementation activities; post-implementation is non-travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers to align on best practices.
• Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and provide application expertise.
• Develop expertise in Vault platform.
• Plan, manage, and perform build, test, and deployment activities.
• Identify interdependencies across program workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and process standards.
• Plan after go-live activities including ongoing support and changes.
• Mentor junior team members to grow the team.
