Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a remote, full-time Professional Services expert to implement Vault Safety for life sciences customers. You will work with customers and senior consultants to drive business process definitions, configuration, validation, and training throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Travel up to 50% is possible, with no current travel due to COVID. The role emphasizes rapid, high-quality delivery and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure customer success in a dynamic SaaS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or an adjacent Safety industry.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or administrating core business/IT operations with GxP software solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (no travel currently due to COVID).
• Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Vault Safety configuration and implementation for life sciences customers.
• Lead workshops and customer discussions of Vault Development Cloud.
• Lead gap analyses, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and training.
• Gather customer functional and technical requirements to support business processes; translate requirements into system configuration.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams.
• Represent Safety Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams.
• Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle.
