Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cloud CRM Consultant to join our Commercial Managed Services team. This remote, full-time role supports customers live with Veeva's CRM solutions, primarily Vault CRM, with potential exposure to other Commercial products.

You will work with clients in Europe, understand their requirements, configure the system, activate features, and advise on best practices. Travel opportunities may occur a few times a year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (CRM).
• Experience in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations.
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative services.
• Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
