Job summary

SEON Technologies LLC is seeking a Lead Competitive Intelligence Manager to own our CI program end-to-end. You will define strategy, gather and synthesize intel, and drive it across GTM and product teams.

You will support sales in live calls and continually evolve the program to uncover new opportunities and sharpen SEON's market position. You’ll translate field intel into actionable guidance, collaborate with product, marketing and sales, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of competitive intelligence/strategy in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Domain expertise in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience creating and managing a centralized CI knowledge base that scales across functions.
• Hands-on experience creating battlecards, competitive playbooks, win/loss analyses, and supporting sales in live calls.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive CI strategy across real-time market moves and product launches.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to build a robust competitive database.
• Develop and maintain competitive enablement like battlecards and win/loss analyses.
• Provide strategic support throughout the sales cycle and attend key prospect calls.
• Feed field lessons to marketing and sales enablement to inform messaging and campaigns.
• Own CI knowledge management and package insights for different audiences.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate insights into roadmap guidance.
