Job summary

Hightouch, based in San Francisco, seeks a Competitive Intelligence Lead to own the competitive program end to end. You will keep field teams sharp with real-time intel, drive sales enablement, feed signals to product roadmaps, and shape campaigns that clearly show why we win.

You’ll work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to stay ahead of the market and turn scattered competitor signals into a strong point of view.

Qualifications

• Experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or market research in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to synthesize signals from win/loss interviews, reports, and public filings into a clear POV.
• Proven content creation experience used by sales and marketing (battlecards, decks, guides).
• Strong storytelling and written/verbal communication to persuade diverse audiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and define differentiating positioning for our products and solutions for various personas.
• Lead cross-functional launches and campaigns across marketing, sales, and product.
• Conduct user research to identify market gaps our product can fill.
• Develop and maintain website messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Help internal teams craft messaging and sequences aligned with customer value.
• Represent Hightouch at field events, customer engagements, and webinars.
