Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Commercial Auto Liability claims experience with complex/high-exposure BI claims.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing a claims team.
• Experience with CA, FL, TX jurisdictions and related licensing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a liability claims team handling varied caseloads and complexities.
• Promote and enforce GB's Best Practices in claims handling.
• Drive talent by hiring and training adjusters and fostering performance improvement.
• Define team goals and manage workloads to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to improve team productivity and service quality.
• Maintain professional client communication with carriers, brokers, and clients.
• Identify coaching opportunities and position team members for growth.
