Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage Auto Liability, Complex Bodily Injury, and Litigation Management cases nationwide. This remote role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolution.

Ideal candidates have the ability to handle 160+ files, collaborate with clients, and ensure compliant handling of claims across jurisdictions. Licenses in TX, FL, GA are preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6+ years of claims experience with litigation exposure.
• Licensing in states where claims are handled (TX/FL/GA/NY preferred).
• Knowledge of industry standards and claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims with extensive litigation.
• Coordinate with clients and adjusters to communicate effectively and resolve claims.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document claim activity timely to support file outcomes.
