Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated ability handling Commercial General Liability claims, including complex litigation, bodily injury, and property damage.
• 4 years of prior leadership experience.
• Nationwide jurisdictional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a liability claims team to deliver high-quality, efficient service.
• Promote GB's Best Practices across the claims handling process.
• Drive talent by hiring and training adjusters and fostering performance improvements.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, proactive manner.
• Identify coaching opportunities and position team members for development.
