Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Manager to lead a liability claims team and drive high-quality service across a diverse caseload. You will coach and hire adjusters, promote best practices, and ensure efficient workflow using our technology platforms.

The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and cross-state licensing. A strong background in complex litigation, Bodily Injury, and Property Damage claims is desired within a national program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 7 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property management claims experience.
• Environmental claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a liability claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes.
• Promote Best Practices in claims handling per GB’s Best Practices.
• Drive talent by hiring and training adjusters.
• Manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally and proactively.
• Prioritize development opportunities and coach team members.
