Job summary

Maximus is seeking Lead Business Solutions Consultants to guide complex solution design initiatives, influence business transformation, and deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful impact for clients and communities.

This is a fully remote opportunity. The role leads end-to-end solution strategy, coordinates workshops, and reviews analyst outputs while presenting credible approaches to executives to support pursuit and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience leading solution design and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for opportunities.
• Establish principles, guardrails, and decision criteria across teams.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from qualification to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate analysis into executable solution decisions and proposal content.
• Present and defend solution approaches to leadership and clients.
• Support pursuit strategy through client workshops and presentations.
