Job summary

Maximus is seeking Lead Business Solutions Consultants to guide complex solution design initiatives, influence business transformation, and deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful impact for clients and communities. This is a remote opportunity.

Essential duties include owning end-to-end solution strategy, establishing design principles, and leading solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle with cross-functional workshops and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leading solution design workstreams for complex pursuits or transformation initiatives is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for assigned opportunities, ensuring the solution is complete, integrated, compliant, and delivery-ready.
• Establish solution assumptions, design principles, guardrails, and decision criteria to guide technical, operational, pricing, and delivery teams.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid strategy through proposal submission and transition to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams to define and validate the integrated solution approach.
• Keep the solution integrated and delivery-ready by managing dependencies, risks, and alignment across components.
• Translate analytical findings into solution decisions, inputs, risks, and proposal content.
