Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Lead Business Solutions Consultant to guide complex solution design initiatives, influence business transformation, and deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful impact for clients and communities.

This is a remote opportunity. You will own end-to-end solution architecture and coordinate across analysts, operations, pricing, and delivery teams to ensure a complete, compliant, and delivery-ready approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Leading solution design workstreams for complex pursuits or transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, operating model design, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for assigned opportunities.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid to delivery.
• Translate findings into executable solution content and proposal narratives.
• Present and defend solution approaches with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
