- Strong facilitation, operating model design, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for assigned opportunities.
- Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid to delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and alignment across technical, operational, staffing, and pricing components.
- Translate analytical findings into executable solution decisions and proposal content.
- Present and defend solution approaches with internal teams and clients.
