Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Leads solution design workstreams for complex pursuits and transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, operating model design, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to align operations, technology, pricing, staffing, implementation, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for opportunities, ensuring completeness and delivery-readiness.
• Establish design principles, guardrails, and decision criteria for cross-functional teams.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid through delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums with cross-functional teams to refine the integrated approach.
• Manage dependencies, assumptions, constraints, risks, and alignment across components.
• Translate analytical findings into decision-ready solution inputs and proposal content.
