Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Lead Business Solutions Consultant to guide complex solution design initiatives and drive transformation for clients and communities. This fully remote role offers the chance to own end-to-end solution architecture, influence pricing, and deliver compelling proposals across the opportunity lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong facilitation, leadership, and client engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Government services/health program domain experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for opportunities, ensuring the solution is complete and delivery-ready.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid strategy through proposal submission.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams to define the integrated solution approach.
• Translate analytical findings into solution decisions, inputs, risks, and proposal content.
• Develop and contribute to proposal solution content ensuring internal consistency and compliance.
• Present and defend solution approaches with leadership, capture teams, and client stakeholders.
