Maximus is seeking Lead Business Solutions Consultants to guide complex solution design initiatives, influence business transformation, and deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful impact for clients and communities. This is a remote opportunity.

You will own the end-to-end solution strategy and architecture, lead cross-functional workshops, and present credible, executable solutions to stakeholders across pursuit and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for opportunities; ensure integration, compliance, and delivery readiness.
• Establish design principles, guardrails, and decision criteria for teams.
• Balance client requirements with feasibility, pricing, risks, and competition.
• Lead solutioning across the opportunity lifecycle from pre-bid to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums with cross-functional teams; validate integrated approach.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and alignment across technical, operational, staffing, and pricing components.
• Assign priorities to analysts; review outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Translate findings into executable solution proposals and narratives.
• Develop proposal content that reflects approved solution and is internally consistent.
• Present and defend solution approaches to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Participate in client workshops and demonstrations to support pursuit strategy.
