Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience leading solution design for complex pursuits or transformations.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture for opportunities.
• Lead solution design across the opportunity lifecycle from qualification to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Translate strategy into executable solution narratives and proposal content.
• Present and defend solution approaches to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Support pursuit strategy and solution credibility through client engagements.
