Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Lead Benefits Analyst to join the Total Rewards team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on US benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

As the Workday Benefits & Absence Management SME, you will support Canadian and global programs and drive process improvements across benefits and leave administration.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in benefits and leave administration
• Deep knowledge of U.S. health and welfare benefits and leave programs
• Experience with Workday Benefits and Absence Management

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefit programs
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and education
• Ensure eligibility, enrollment, and life event processing in Workday
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and vendors
• Provide employee communications and training on benefits and leaves
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, ADA
