Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage benefit data, ensure compliance in Workday, and lead retro deduction processes. You will support the global benefits team for QLEs and new hire changes, handling inquiries via Zendesk and ensuring accurate benefits data. This fully remote role requires 3+ years in benefits administration, strong Excel skills, and Workday experience.

A Bachelor's in Business or HR is required; Master preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Benefits Administration or HR-related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Workday benefits data and reporting.
• Excellent MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of health and welfare benefits concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data management & auditing in Workday; run reports for data updates.
• Back up for QLEs and new hire changes; provide guidance to the team.
• Submit Jira requests; coordinate Workday process improvements.
• Manage Zendesk macros for benefit events (open enrollment, etc.).
• Lead Retro deduction process each payroll cycle.
• Back up LOA, FSA/HSA and 401(k) administration as needed.
