Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a Benefits Analyst to manage benefit data, audits in Workday, and lead Retro deductions. You will guide the global benefits team on QLEs and new hire changes, answering inquiries via Zendesk and auditing demographic data.

You will collaborate to submit JIRA requests, update Workday processes, and provide backup for LOA, FSA/HSA, and 401k administration, all in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Benefits Administration or HR.
• General knowledge of regulations governing Benefits, Enrollment and QLE.
• Solid experience with Workday navigation, Benefits modules, and Zendesk.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong communication, service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data within Workday and perform audits to ensure accuracy.
• Provide backup for administering QLE and new hire changes.
• Submit JIRA requests and work with HRIS/HRIT to modify Workday processes.
• Identify and coordinate updates to Zendesk macros for benefit events.
• Act as primary lead for Retro deduction process each payroll cycle.
• May back up LOA, FSA/HSA and 401k administration.
