Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of the Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation.

You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve the AIOps strategy and expand automation enterprise-wide. You will lead small teams, guide design-to-production processes, and advise executives on functional strategies.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Hands-on experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex decisions.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities
