Job summary
Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with engineering teams and executives to advance the AIOps strategy and drive measurable improvements.
You will lead small teams, execute strategic milestones, and influence across engineering, operations, and business units, while learning and growing in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience in SRE, DevOps or automation.
- Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
- Experience with testing practices including unit testing and mocking.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow small teams to advance automation in the Site Reliability Engineering org.
- Partner with technology leaders to drive the AIOps strategy and operational efficiency.
- Drive strategic milestones for the AIOps program and communicate outcomes to executives.
