Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation in Site Reliability Engineering with AI-powered operations. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to advance the AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, deliver strategic milestones, and engage with Humana leadership to reduce toil and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.
