Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will work with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to enhance our AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands‑on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation of the Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation.
Partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to improve AIOps strategy and automate enterprise processes.
Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within SRE while delivering strategic milestones for the AIOps program.
