This part-time, fully remote role requires reliability, articulate communication, and strong organization to deliver standardized client communications with clarity and professionalism.

You will outbound-call current and former clients, log outcomes, and route inquiries. The position emphasizes privacy, data handling, and a collaborative, founder-led team environment with growth

Qualifications

• Strong background in outbound calling, telemarketing, or professional client service.
• Clear, highly understandable spoken English with a confident, polite telephone demeanor.
• Proven ability to deliver scripted messages while listening actively and handling conversations courteously.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping in spreadsheets/CRM tools.
• High reliability and ability to work independently within a monthly schedule.
• Commitment to strict data privacy and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients using an approved script and process.
• Reintroduce the firm and deliver a standardized message about additional legal services.
• Maintain clear, professional telephone communication on every call.
• Accurately record call outcomes and follow-up needs in the firm's system or document.
• Route questions to the designated contact per instructions.
• Participate in remote check-ins, coaching, and feedback reviews.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow data security protocols.
