Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to answer inquiries, screen and direct calls, and provide foreclosure-related information to clients.

This full-time, work-from-home role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Hours 11:30 to 8:00 PM EST; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with clients.
• Experience in law firm or call center preferred.
• Proficient with standard software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional presentation and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Hours 11:30 to 8:00PM EST.
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
• Provide foreclosure related information to callers.
• Review and respond to client requests promptly.
• Reply or forward general customer service emails.
• Create/Delete/Reset Client system logins.
• Extensive communication with clients and borrowers by phone.
