Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting partners, senior fee earners or C-suite executives.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
• Strong MS Office and practice-management software skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time zones and complex calendars.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-time-zone diaries for partners.
• Triage inboxes, draft responses and chase missing items.
• Prepare engagement letters and track to signature.
• Maintain client records and CRM entries.
• Format, version, and prepare execution copies of documents.
• Support time capture and liaise with Finance on billing.
